These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Twogether mobile application and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Who we are

Twogether (“Twogether”, “we”, “us”) provides a couples journey and moments logging app that helps partners capture, organize, and (optionally) share memories and milestones.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3) Your account

• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Unauthorized use: Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or security issues.

4) Couple/partner connection & sharing

The Service may allow you to connect your account with a partner’s account (for example, via an invite or pairing code). When connected, some features may allow you to share content with your partner.

• Your control: You control what you choose to share using available settings/features.
• Your responsibility: Do not share content you do not have the right to share. Once shared, your partner may be able to view, save, or copy it.
• Disconnecting: If you disconnect/unpair, shared access may be removed going forward, but your partner may retain copies of content they already accessed.

5) Your content

“Content” means anything you upload, create, store, or share through the Service (such as text entries, photos, videos, audio, tags, dates, and comments).

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your Content.
• License to operate: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, and display your Content only to operate, maintain, and improve the Service and to provide features you request (such as syncing or sharing with your partner).
• Permissions: You represent you have all rights necessary to provide your Content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload or share Content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates privacy or publicity rights.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data without permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through malware, scraping, or excessive requests.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except where allowed by law.

7) Subscriptions, purchases, and fees (if applicable)

Some features may require payment (for example, a subscription). If you purchase paid features, pricing, billing terms, renewal, and cancellation will be presented at the time of purchase and may be handled by the applicable app store provider. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

8) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy available at Twogether Privacy Policy.

9) Third-party services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, analytics, crash reporting, or cloud providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and policies apply.

10) Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and other users. Where available, you may be able to delete your account from within the app.

11) Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twogether and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

13) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Twogether from and against claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an update in the app). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction or, if applicable, the jurisdiction where Twogether is established (to be specified). If required, you and Twogether agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
